Thunder, Thunder, ThunderCats! Ho!! Not at San Diego Comic-Con? Don't worry, we've got you covered. Comic-Con attendees are getting a chance to see the hour-long special on Friday (well ahead of the reboot's premiere on Cartoon Network on Friday July 29) but we've got an exclusive look at some footage from the brand new "Thundercats" series right here, right now, on Splash Page.

The hour-long special will kick off the series, which will air half-hour episodes on Friday nights starting August 5. The original "ThunderCats" began airing in the '80s and followed the exploits of cat-like heroes from the planet Thundera who had fled to Third Earth where, led by Lion-O, they fought evil.

The brand new series reboot looks to reintroduce The ThunderCats to a new generation. Will audiences new and old alike be responsive to Lion-O as he wields the Sword of Omens and leads The ThunderCats anew? Click the video to get a nice long look at the hour-long special which debuted at Comic-Con and airs next week! Tell us what you think about the new ThunderCats in the comments.

White House says it is creating 'very large' dossier on Washington Post journalist and others.

    This is not okay.   For the record, I hate the phrase "This is not okay", but this is NOT okay.  To be fair, I'm certain that he's not the first POTUS to create dossiers on, well, anyone.  But this is an intimidation tactic, plain and simple.  I mean, POTUS is pretty fucking lazy, so there may not be any dossiers.        'Cept, his folks will have to do whatever he tells them to do either because it's their job or because of the allure of power...and maybe out of some sick form of civic duty.        As if gathering info of journalists in order to shut them up is patriotic.        Last I checked, it was the very antithesis of the American way .      November 2nd can't get here soon enough.         This is not a myth, POTUS.
