Everything must come to an end; the bad as well as the good.

I'm going back to work tomorrow, so naturally I can't help but reflect on the last two weeks. And, what awaits me. I'll be honest with you, 2010 fills me with a sense of euphoria. Just saying the year "Twenty Ten", sounds so futuristic and so chock full of potential, that a self professed comic book geek such as myself can't help but feel energized, awake, and alert to the prospect of flying cars and holodecks...but I digress! The last two weeks have been EXACTLY what I've needed. As my friends and co-workers will tell you, I very rarely take any vacation. Not because I don't need it, but because I always think about what's waiting for me when I get back to work. Negative, I know but that's just the way my mind works. I never really think about the positive outcome of anything. Just the negative; that way, I'm pleasantly surprised when things turn out well.
